I’ve always heard people say to truly make lasting change and progress you have to make a lifestyle change and honestly that saying never really clicked until training with her. I’ve spent close to 20 years never truly being able to find a routine that I would stick with until now. My relationship with exercise and food is more balanced and healthy than it’s ever been in my life.

 

I’m a 34 year old stylist of 14 years who spends long hours on my feet and I feel like I’m in the best shape of my life. "I have no idea how to put into words what Lindsey has done for me.

I have not been consistent in the gym or with fitness in YEARS. I must have tried a dozen different online trainers and I never stuck with them and ended up wasting my money. I got overwhelmed and gave up! But Lindsey truly set my up for success. She got me familiar and comfortable in the gym first- and then once I had some confidence walking into the gym she started building from there.

She keeps things simple and holds me accountable! I’ve even been able to successful start running PAIN FREE for the first time in years!!! I couldn’t ask for anything more in a trainer.

 I started with Lindsey about 10 months ago and what initially started into a short term goal, training for a specific event (3months) turned into Lindsey being apart of my everyday lifestyle, Lindsey has pushed me into a a stronger version of myself, kept me on track and showed up for me when i didn't want to show up for myself.

 

I have recently moved out of state and  she remains attentive and  has such a great way of keeping me focused during our sessions via  zoom. Lindsey is driven, has great energy and has a contagious way of making each session challenging and fun. I would highly recommend training with her!

I was searching for a personal trainer and came across a post where someone had recommended Lindsey at Commit2Fit.  I contacted Lindsey and we scheduled an initial consultation, after the consultation I picked a package and signed up.  I have been working out with Lindsey for close to a year now and the results have been amazing.  My strength and flexibility have greatly increased; I’ve lost weight and have a lot more energy throughout the day.  She developed a fitness plan specific to my needs and I also signed up for her nutrition coaching service which has also contributed to my results.

Lindsey is very personable and knowledgeable-she knows what she’s doing.  She takes the time to demonstrate the exercises during each workout session and provides the right combination of push and encouragement.  I am extremely pleased with my results so far and look forward to achieving even more results with Lindsey as my personal trainer and nutrition coach.  I highly recommend Lindsey to anyone who wants to improve their fitness level and get healthier.

Lindsey at Commit2Fit is absolutely amazing.  I have worked with her for over a year, and I consistently see gains in strength and endurance.  Lindsey is supportive without being pushy and has tailored my workouts to accommodate my individual health needs.  For instance, I have an injured Achilles, and Lindsey has encouraged me to treat it with care rather than push myself beyond what is healthy. 

I was super nervous about working with a personal trainer but now I absolutely swear by Commit2Fit Personal Training!

I did the 8 week nutrition program and I LOVED it.  I was able to still eat what I wanted (obviously within reason) as long as it was within my macros.

Lindsey is so knowledgeable and helped me to have a good relationship with food.  She was always there if I had any questions or concerns about anything.  I had the working out down, but I always ate like crap.  I would always start “dieting” but as soon as I had to cut stuff out, it wouldn’t last more than a few days. Having to check in with her every week definitely helped keep me accountable and made me actually want to stick with it.

I’m currently down 7lbs. and 2 1/2 inches around my waist. This is the first time I’ve ever been able to actually follow through and I’ve kept up with it even after my 8 weeks was done!

For many years, I have struggled with staying with a fitness and nutrition plan. It was difficult to stay consistent and even though I’d convinced myself to continue paying for a gym membership I just felt too intimated in using the equipment’s on my own.  Frustrated and feeling a bit helpless, I decided to seek the help of a personal trainer.  Ultimately, this has been one of the best decisions I have made regarding my wellness journey. 

Lindsey is an amazing personal trainer who genuinely cares about the progress of her clients. She ensured that my fitness goals were manageable and achievable. Proper form is her mantra. I come out of our sessions learning something new every time.  It is such a great feeling to understand and be able to use all of the things she has taught me.  I feel more confident with proper gym equipment use and I’ve learned exercises that target areas I want to reshape. 

 

In the time frame that Lindsey has worked with me, I have lost several inches in literally every part of my body.  I feel better and I look better.  I highly recommend Commit2Fit if you are looking for a fitness trainer who listens and cares about your fitness needs first.
