One-on-One Personal Training

All training sessions are 55 - 60 minutes in length.

Small Group Training

3 or 4-on-1 training, rather than 1-on-1. 

Morning Sessions: 8AM - 9 AM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays

Afternoon Sessions: 4 - 5 PM on Tuesdays & Wednesdays

Cost: $12.50 to $15.00 / session

Sign-up for small group training is done on a monthly basis.

  • Schedule is sent out at end of each month

  •  Sign up for sessions you plan to attend in following month.

  • You will receive payment link immediately after sign-up.

  • Make your payment to reserve your spot.

Customized Training Plans 

For those that just want a customized, kick-ass training plan but not the in-person training.
